Method
- Roll the lemons on the counter before cutting them - it helps release more juice.
- Cut and squeeze the lemons into a bowl, then strain out the seeds.
- In a large jug, mix the lemon juice with honey or sugar until it dissolves.
- Add cold water and stir well. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed.
- Add ice cubes and a few lemon slices for a fresh look.
- Chill in the fridge for about 15–20 minutes before serving. It tastes even better cold.
