Butter the Bread:
- Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Assemble the Sandwich:
- Place the cheese between the unbuttered sides of the bread, forming a sandwich with the buttered sides facing out.
Grill:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted
Serve Hot:
- Slice diagonally (because that’s the only right way) and serve immediately.
