Method
Mix the Dry Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Combine the Wet Ingredients:
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Blend & Rest:
- Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Small lumps are totally fine!
- Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes; that’s the secret to it being extra fluffy.
Cook to Perfection:
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add a dab of butter and pour ¼ cup of batter into each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on top, flip once, and cook for another minute or two until golden.
Serve warm & enjoy:
- Stack them high, add your favorite toppings, and get ready to fall in love with every bite.

Notes
- Don’t overmix the batter or your pancakes will turn flat.
- Use room temperature milk for a smoother texture.
- You can swap milk with buttermilk for extra fluffiness.
