Kimchi Fried Rice Recipe That’s Bold and Flavorful
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice (cold works best).
- 1 cup chopped kimchi (with some juice).
- 1 egg (optional, for topping)
- 1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste – optional for spice)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oil (any cooking oil)
- 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
- Spring onions or sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
