  • 2 tablespoons of butter (for cooking).

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (in the batter)

Instructions

1. Make the Batter:

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
